it gets pretty low, i've turned the idle up a bit, prior to that the oil light would come on, and it stalled a couple times (on rough ground) with a partial load of firewood. has been noticeable in reverse (pulling the idle down) for a good while now. seat of pants tells me transmission, not that it's an easier fix or anything, just feels that way when you drop it in gear and hit the throttle--mushy, chug, chug, blaaahhhh...slip it into neutral or park and it jumps right back up. going after firewood tomorrow or the next, will bring extra water and see what happens...thanks, k

Yea, keep us updated. If it is doing it while hot, but not when cold... it's the injection pump going out.
