I know this isn't an issue with the engine but more to the torque an engine produces.
I will be doing a SAS swap on d250 with a divorced t-case. Now the question arises, should I spend the money and do a doubler while I am at it? Will I ever need 4:1 low range or should I just stick with a divorced 205 and have 1.96:1?
I have a line on a divorced 203- I just don't know if I will use it/ also I don't want to loose the line on such a rare item. I use my truck tow around my 1ton k5 I really don't know how much trail time it will get but I do plan to use it for camping and if need be recovery.
With all the torque these engines make should I need low low range?
thanks
