Throw them on, fill the reservoir, and start sawing the wheel back and forth. I have much more luck picking the front wheels off the ground. Run it side to side, keep the reservoir full, and bump it against the stops at the end of every swing. Make sure your lines are well sealed, my return got loose right where it slips into the reservoir and gave me fits.
