I figured it wasn't helping lol, but anyway it's a 68 mm turbine and a .88 a/r housing...
Diamond eye 4 inch turbo back, Glowshift boost, egt, oil pressure,hx35 , 3200 rpm spring, full power screw 2 turns, denny T II fuel pin, Home made Cold air intake, Alto reds and tci TC in a 518, 5x12's from diesel auto power.

Would make a kick butt charger with a T3 housing.... But, first things first.. fix all the boost leakers.

Think I should keep that housing on it ? Or buy a different one ?

Got the injectors fixed, had a few stuck ones, fixed all the boost leaks, I'm hittin 40 psi, it pulls good but I just figured id be running more boost, I'm gonn throw a stock fuel pin in it and bump timing one tooth and see how it runs then.

Nope cleans up to a faint haze when wide open, but egts are ridiculous

Faint haze, yet egts are ridiculous? Do you have video of said haze?

Well I threw a stock pin in and it helped spool up but I'm still only getting 30 psi, my egt gauge may not be reliable its a glowshift, also I noticed part of my fuel line coming off the airdog to the be is kinked..

100% sure there's no more leaks? I can make 40psi with 5x12's (ish) and a 67/76/16 even with a huh? of boost leaks. What psi are you testing to?

Light haze at 30psi with 6x16's still kinda says you're not getting enough fuel. Ridiculous EGTs could be the pump losing case pressure and going retarded. Do you know your inlet psi? Your exact EGT readings at max boost?

Using a flaky gauge isn't the best idea, especially of it's one of those. 3-in-1's, who knows if its other readings are off too.
