Need the bearing the clutch fan and pulley ride on
It's located inside the bracket that holds the fan assembly to the block

Fan idler bearing....look on eBay. Last one I bought wAs 60$ of of there vs 250 from cummins

I researched the part Number
and found the bearing for $37.62 plus shipping

So, we purchased 2
one to replace the bearing assembly we robbed off the car hauler
and a spare

I have no idea

one showed 135,000 (is the one the bearing failed)
another 187,000
have another with 214,000

every truck we have bought, the mileage counter is broke.
and don't know the prior mantence
