X2. Had almost identical symptoms once, turned out to be afc line fitting and/or o ring. Half roll black tape later, full power thru all the gears, no nosediving. Mine dived so hard i nose bunted the steering wheel, i pulled over immediately afterward and taped the crap out of it, and it worked.
