O..hmm. whats the best way to check i actually have the 727? I'm pretty positive I do but it's so old I cant distinguish any of the markings on it...I know for a fact its a 3spd w/o OD and it's in the 1989 so it must be a 727 no?
1989 w250 Cummins Recon Engine, rebuilt 727 torqueflite, BD diesel torque converter, 4" diamond eye turbo back straight pipe side exit, fuel pin turned, starwheel in, smoke screw in, full power fuel screw tweaked a little bit. Black Betty is held together by rust and american pride!

727 were a 3spd no o/d tranny you have a 518, still a slush box but at least you have an extra gear :D

M&H M3 fuel pin
M&H Dynamic Timing Advance
366 spring
Full power screw bottomed out no runaway
Auto Meter EGT and Boost

He said 3 spd W/O ( with out ) overdrive. :D You have been working to much. 8)
