my latest project

heres what i've been workin on the last couple weeks for a buddy of mine. its a 89 daytona, all fiberglass body with a 6?? cubic inch dry sump alcohol motor in it. it shoud run about 8.20's at around 165 mph. i tried to post the pics on here but it would work so just go to the link.

we ended up changing it from ladder bar to four link, moved the funny car cage back cause he's taller then the previous owner, moved the fuel cell to the front to accomidate for methanol, goin to re tin it, re painted it, narrowed the frame, lowered the car, and a few other odds and ends stuff. i'll have to post pics of it when its sittin back on the ground. it looks sweet. it just slams down on the ground like a low rider.

well, alot of views but i guess nobody cares once they see its not a cummins. haha well incase somebody out there does care the car is finally done and should be running low 8's at 165 in about a month.

not yet. in a couple weeks i should have some and possibly some video. i'll deffinatly put on a video of it racing atleast once.

As much as I love diesels there is nothing sweeter then hearing a built gasser loping.
