If your used to big trannys it would come easy to you. The biggest problem with those trucks is they had no power and you could not downshift quick enough on hills. You had to get used to skipping gears. If the trucks had good power then they would be much better to drive. When my dad first drove trucks you were lucky to have 190 hp. He drove one and he used to put his arm through the spokes in the steering wheel when he had to move both sticks. We have 4 different big trucks and of coarse all of them have different shift paterns. We have a 8LL, 9 speed, Super 10, and a 13 speed. my favorite is the 8LL. It shifts the best of all ours. I have never driven a twin stick but would love to try.
