Try working with heavy crude oil at -40 with no heat trace, and say that again. You can actually hear it when trying to pour it

Ouch Dman ouch. True, but they think it actually changes from a thin weight oil at 0, to a THICKER weight at 210.

As opposed to 5w40 having the flow characteristics of straight 5 weight at 0, and straight 40 weight at 210.

Well we lost a pretty historical stockyard here in Kentucky yesterday. It's completely gone.

I wondered the same, even though I'm more guilty of lurking in the shadows than anyone.

Nobody's building anything.

I haven't touched either one of my trucks since I finished the RC, just drive them.

Finally getting some plans into motion on both of them so I'll have something to post.

Just driving my mess lately. Still have plans on going with bigger spinny-things. A new job and other recent distractions have the best of me.

Just surviving my first winter as a homeowner. Drive the truck once in awhile to get a load of wood pellets. Mainly been working on that stupid gasser I got, trying to figure out its issue.
Sold my bobcat skid steer, so been on the lookout for a decent loader/backhoe. May have found a Massey Ferguson, just waiting to hear back to go look at it

Taking transmissions, hydraulics and electrical at the moment. The latter is not sticking to the brain very well. Found a nearby (well 40 miles) 1st gen bud to talk with.
