I'm not patient, just distracted. Hopefully I'll get to it this weekend since the Rhino is down and I'll be waiting on parts for it.

I'm still procrastinating on The Roo Hunter. Haven't really touched it since I ran out of stuff I could put on my twin setup, and I haven't had it in the shop since my brothers truck blew its t-case. Fuel system is ready to go in (I think) and I'm reasonably sure I have everything for my twins. I just need to get motivated and do it

Ellis said he's waiting to get the shaft.

I painted my IC and turbo pipes sunday. They came out ok. It's hard to get excited about putting them back on when it's been mid 40's and damp for the last 2 days. :(

So I decided to try the 1/4 mile feature on my mini maxx today. 2wd and non boosted launch netted 14.4 seconds at 97mph. Using the horsepower calculator on compd I got 508whp based on speed, and 450whp based on e.t. All this was with a full tank of fuel (since I didn't have exact weight I used 8200 pounds which is what had been written on the side of the truck when it was used for commercial purposes)

How much power are you hoping to get Pete?

F'N A! Miss a few days, miss a lot.

Been busy getting ready for finals and it's finally suitable to plant. Can't complain about being busy though 8)

Let me know how amazing a sump is Pete. I have one sitting on my shelf.

You and your computer truck sucks. :D A good launch would put you in 13s no problem. Things like this make me want a common rail with EFI live.

Every bit of it! I hit 350 last time out, the only thing different this time will be the twins to burn all the fuel. (I hope!) I'm hoping to clear 400, that's my personal goal. I don't know why, that's just the number I want to hit. Maybe because the 1st time I was on a dyno I was in the 300's, and 400 is the next big step.
I should have bought those 5 x .018's that were for sale a few weeks ago. :(

That's a good goal Pete. I hope you make it

I think you're right about getting into the 13's with a good launch fatty. I think I'll need traction bars before too long as well, as I got on it the other day and it started hopping a bit. Only problem with common rails is fuel system stuff is way more expensive
