So I finally got my pyro drilled into the manifold. Broke the drill bit I got with the kit about halfway through drilling the hole, and had to use a bit that was laying around. Tapping went without any issues. Haven't really gotten on it yet, but hit 700* on a little romp. My gauges also light up now which is nice

that's wild.... yours must have been a freak of nature, I have heard of some factory cars being quite a bit faster than others......with the sti having 70 hp more and 4x4 and on 0-60 and 1/4 mile tested at a full second faster on both, no wonder you still have that little rocket.

Completely stock mine ran 13.7 at 102. A quick google search has real world owners claiming 13.5-13.6 out of their 2005ish stock stis. Some local idiot had one and it was a slug. His best was a 14.0. A few mild mods has it running 13.2 at 111 nowadays. Im thinking this summer it might get a turbo.

Rhino parts came in, I wasn't there to sign for it so I've got to try to make it to the post office to pick it up.

Cleaned as much as I cared to at work, then it was time for the Gunk and Purple power. 8)

That's am awesome idea. Kinda reminds me when I used the new vacuum sealer to grease wheel bearings, before mom got to use it first. Caught misuse. Got an A for effort, but man she was pissed

Put traction bars on the RC tonight.... I'll do a full write up on them within a few days or so. T/rex Fabrication is the company, we will start selling their stuff and therefore... needed to try some out.

I officially think that I'm going to blow the windows out of this thing with much more power. Now that the frame is taking the full brunt (and thus the body), sh!t sounds like it is going to explode. The actual body pops and bangs LOUDLY when I get all over it.

How's the body mount areas looking? Just thinking differently since you got a body lift on it, the torsional stress is changed since the distance between the frame mount and the body is changed with longer hardware. Does it have fiberglass/plastic blocks or aluminum/steel units?

Yea.. without thinking it through, I would agree. It has the fiberglass/plastic doo hicky ones. Oh, it has brand new poly bushings as well.

Thanks, I had a 20' just like it, but it seemed like I was always needing a little more room. This one is 22+2, it took me a long time to find a btw that length for a reasonable price.
