Ouch! How come the stitches always hurt worst then what caused them?

I'm setting the framework for some truck projects to come and doing some deferred maintenance. I got new battery cables made ($100) and bought a new battery ($200) with 1125 CCA. I got kind of ticked when my truck wouldn't start by itself at -13 degrees.

This machine always seems to get its way :?

So I finally got to do the deletes on my 4th gen this weekend. Then drove 6 hours back to where I'm staying for school. If the computer is right I have minimum 20% improvement in fuel economy, and it runs so much smoother thanks to custom tunes. My tunes actually hold the vanes on the turbo in one spot so it has less drive pressure, but I swear it spools much faster than stock. All in all very happy with the results
