Oh, you had it easy. My whole week was way worse than that. I had emissions problems on a loader Tuesday and a backhoe on Wednesday, the codes in the machines weren't in the service manuals and I had no way to figure out even what wires to check. Thursday was more of the same but Friday wasn't too bad. Only day I got home before 5pm was Friday and I was still late. So much for trying to get things done at home while the weather is nice. :(

Undocumented codes suck, I run across that all the time. Mostly on Chrysler products, but I figure that's mostly due to the scanner I use. Snapon verses the oem model.

I went drag racing today and was promptly reminded that I don't have a race truck in any way, shape, or form.

1st pass : 15.45 @85 mph with a 2.2 sec 60' time. I was quite pleased and should have retired from racing forever right there.
2nd pass: 15.65 @85 mph with another 2.2 sec 60' time and a loose waste gate hose. Repaired in the pits.

And it went to hell from there.

3rd pass: 16.43 @80 mph, the hot side intercooler boot on the intercooler itself slipped off. Repaired in the pits.
4th pass: 21.20 @48 mph with a .1469 reaction time. Had a fuel issue at about 330' where it went from heavy black to gray to white smoke and them it seemed to die but restart.
5th pass: 19.41 @70 mph with the same fuel issue.

Called it quits there and I'll be installing my fuel tank sump with bigger lines the next time it's empty. Anyone sucked factory lines dry before? Or am I way off here?

A buddy of mine had his truck do that on the dyno. Made 270ish horse but it spitted and sputtered after the second run. My truck would do it before the air dog and bigger lines etc.

Not bad times Caleb. I suffer from traction issues bad.

I think a sump and 3/8 lines should do it for me. Heck, I still have stock injectors!

I was shocked at how well the track was prepped for a test-n-tune. I avoided the water box and didn't spin once out of 1st gear on my bald Steeltex's. My buddy's Duramax had huge traction issues with mud tires running in 2wd since his front end isn't beefed up.

You still did better than me on my 1st time out. I ran a 16.6 and a 16.9. I spun most of the way down the track on the 1st run and missed 3rd on the 2nd. My only consolation was I beat my friends chevy gasser.
I haven't been back since I put in the LSD and extra turbo. Maybe this summer.

So I got to run my s480 tonight. In a weird twist it spools almost exactly like the stock turbo with the way I had my tuning set. It's making 40psi and is running about 500 degrees cooler than before, and is definitely pulling harder

I'm on my waaaaayyyyy, I'm on myyyy waaaayyyyyyy, hoooome sweeeet hooooome. :)

Pic is a little late, I've had it home all weekend and already swapped core supports and have fenders hanging on it now. Besides the DP dumping right under the x-fer case shifter hole, it's a pretty nice ride.

What was your fuel level at?

I can't do much more than I do now on stock 235's. If I try to boost, I spin. If I boost a little it spins a little. That and my OD is having issues.

FWIW, my old w250 manual ran those first 2 times you have listed. Your auto is doing good.

What lift pump are you using? I never sucked anything dry with the factory lift pump.... with 3/8" supply and 5/16 return, and that was with zero psi of fuel pressure and dynoing over 400.
