According to this handy site and this, also handy site, the only two BOMs that could possibly be 91 model, 32 spline 3.07's are "605508" and "605010".

Found this as I was typing, pretty much every single thing ever about Danas. I think I'll find what I need in here. Somewhere......

Also a funny note, I've been looking up 3.07 Dana stuff for two days and have yet to see any of their official papers mention Dana 71. It did acknowledge my 61 front, but all the rears have been 70's.

Looks like hell but runs like a champ. I've been around this truck since it was purchased new and nothing, absolutely nothing has been touched on the engine. Not even a valve adjustment

Ho. Lee. sthi.

I was way off base on that BOM guessage of mine. The deeper I dug the more wrong I was.

It did inspire me to track down some go-to BOMs and measurements though, in case anyone else has this dilemma.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

No doubt. I can actually feel good driving it hard.....knowing it won't explode when I stomp on it

I'm very surprised it still has some power left to it when it hasn't been maintained.

I didn't think about my barge

Yeah that superduty,it's been in that same spot since February of this year. By law I can take that truck....as a business,by claiming it was abandoned. Which is really has been, but because I'm the kinda guy I am,I'd feel bad doing it. Especially in this economy.
I've gotten ahold ,by phone,of every family member that is around the owner of this truck and none of them have been able to get this guy to call me. I'm giving it two more weeks then the certified letters start rolling out and the process of getting a title starts.
This guy is fixing to lose this truck over 2hr of shop time.....140 bucks,to tell him what I knew when it was rolled off a trailer. Bad motor

ELLIS!! Your 93 wiring diagrams just saved my ass. It didn't save me from hacking the other half of the of the Ramcharger wiring harness apart chasing a no-charge, but it did eventually lead me to that mystery relay on the fender that wasn't working. A little jumper across its terminals had it charging like new. 8)

Now I've got to figure out where to get new relays. :?

Levi, if your talking the relays on the driver side fender, there standard Bosch relays, available at your local auto parts store. I've got 3, just waiting for an issue. I can get ya a part number later when i get home from work

I never even looked to see if they pop off their crazy-assed brackets, I just noticed they were a 4-pole. I'll see what I've got laying around.

Thanks for the heads up. 8)
