I'd put another batter in it. Then just run some heavy gauge wire. If you could find welding cables that would be the best. You could fuse it if you wanted.

I'd throw a power disconnect in there Jeff so you don't always have power running back there. That way if the wire rubs threw it won't explode the battery.

I dont want to hook up another battery. For as much as I use it and as little as it pulls (winch is rated at 4k and has a doubler block/pully) i think my group 31 will suffice. Id considered a disconnect as well Andy. Im sure id back into a snow pile sometime and fry something..

So I was back in our pasture Tuesday disposing of deer carcass's in the ditch when dads 78 dodge plow truck quit. (electric fuel pump). So I walked back and got my diesel to drag it back and got my wife to help me...... I had to pull it back wards because of the blade. I told her to go slow. I'm pretty sure we was going 25mph through the pasture over frozen cow pies and across a small ditch......I tried to slow her down with the brakes but I couldn't lol...she did slow down for the gate though....that was my excitement for the week lol.

That and today I found out our brand new crane will demolish the lil pin that your supposed to use for transport to lock the boom in....

I'm actually in the middle of wiring in school. Basically just doing series and parallel circuits the last 2 days with a little series parallel this afternoon. It's not hard, but I get forgetful due to lack of sleep

So big news in the fourth gen world. H&s released some updated definition files that let us tune for more rpm and gave us low boost fuelling capabilities. There's also some more timing parameters to play with. Now it'll be easier to spool big turbos without a bunch of trickery. I'm pretty excited about it if you can't tell already

Not sure what they are worth out there, but I'd lean towards the stock one, you know the other has been beat to death because it's turned up.

they're both mine....I turned the one up. I'm thinking about unloading one or maybe both. Work is wanting to screw with all the mechanics hours and I may be going on nights which means my time there might be limited.

I see, so I guess you know how hard it's been beat on! Around here they are any where between $1000 and $1500 for just the engine.

Yeah...its been hardly beat on since I turned it up lol.....its been at my parents for 3 years now with me only driving it maybe once a month. I was thinking realistically around hear 1200 would be at the very top end. But then I started seeing engines pop up that were stuck for 1500 and one for 2500 claiming to be rebuilt....
