I'd go bigger on the injector in both stages (I'd probably say 60% for stage 1, and 100-125% for stage 2). That way you can run very low duration, and time it very carefully to get more usable, cleaner power. For cp3 go dual without question. They respond much faster, and it gives you a backup in case one fails
