Watch what you put in the bed of your truck for weight. Last winter I was heading to town when a late 90's f250 with a plow went head on with a car. The weight in the bed came through the rear window on the truck. Chunks of concrete were all through the cab. The car (whichat had bald tires) had two college girls in it heading home for Christmas with all their crap in the truck. It blew the rear seat into the front seats the girls computer banged the passengers arm pretty bad. I'm not an emt or fireman but I was the first and only one there for almost twenty minutes. The guy on the truck had his little kid with him. The kids face and arms were cut up pretty bad from the glass and crap coming through the cab. After seeing that anything I put in the bed I make sure it's tied down.

Dar. Boxeer.com Only thing I don't like is the lack of over the counter parts but you can get your diesel boxer.

It does not start quite as good as the Dodge did, but I didn't have any problems at 10* this morning. I cycled the glow plugs 3 times and it started right up. What blows my mind is how fast it puts out heat. If I let it idle for 10 minutes, its making some heat. Dad's '97 is as cold blooded as my Dodge was.

Kind of like how it started at SOP? I'll say one thing your Ford did for me was affirm how much I hate tinted side windows

Eh, I'd rather see tinted side windows than brightly painted ladder/traction bars. ;)

I bet Hiney's truck has tinted windows and pInted bars, that's why he refuses to bring it outside.

Traction bars should match the theme of the truck. Friend of mine has an Omaha orange 4th gen. Did his caltracs Orange and it looks much better than black. Tinted side windows just stop you from being able to see beside you when it's dark, and you trying not to hit Andrews truck with calebs truck while everyone else is pushing it

That starter issue had the PO's finger prints all over it, but it was my fault for not catching it.

I would never have tinted the windows myself. They are DARK, I think 5%. Now that I have them , I feel exposed in something with untinted windows. It's one of those things I never knew I liked.

I don't use smiles. Just use your best judgement, and at least it's a dodge product with the right brand of engine
