How old are you? I've been falling apart (getting sore from doing nothing, slow to move) since I was about 26.

My shoulders get sore from sleeping. Though that's because my bed is too firm

That is quite a smart move on your grandfathers part Caleb.

It's been game over me since I was 18 and shoved out a back glass by a steering wheel of a 83 Chevy c20.

I'm 31 but all the years of hard physical labor and doing stupid crap I shouldn't are catching up. I can deal with the sore muscles but this stomach issue I have kills me when it flares up. Its been hard to stay on my feet today. What makes it worst is you feel like you have to use the restroom all the time but can't.

have you been tested for celiac??? My cousin has it and if he eats anything with gluten in it, it tears his stomach up and has a lot of pain.

My dad has that too. He had to stop eating anything hard or sharp like nuts, pretzels, etc. I'm not saying I understand it, but he described it as bits of hard food getting stuck in the lining of his stomach. It may help to cut back on stuff like that if you haven't already.

What happens is you develop little pockets in your intestines. The food gets trapped in it and it becomes infected causing the pain. They say lay off of peanuts and seeds because they don't digest all the way and are more likely to get stuck in the pouches. They said if it keeps up I'll need surgery.

On another note I finally have the steel to make my hotpipe, so after my brother is done in the shop I'll get started on it

Oh, where to start? I guess I'll just throw them out as I remember them!

DMan, Ellis pretty well covered it! Does that light bar throw much? How big an area does it light up?

Ike, I did that math in my head and I hardly ever use algebra. And you know how long I've been outta school? ;) Good luck on the job, I have a friend whose a plant operator, makes stupid money and mostly just sits there and watches the pretty colors on the monitors.

I think a black grill will make the lights fit in better. I do have to remount the bar as it's currently screwed directly to the grill. The bar itself throws a little further than the old high beams could, and it would overpower every other light on the truck (stock h11 lows, 9005 highs, piaa 9005 fogs)

Thanks Ducati. A guy at work was looking for lights to put on his cap for hooking up to his boat, and he was looking at a bar like yours, so I thought I'd ask.
