We have 2 11 f-550's, one 12 f-550 and one 13 f-350 and guess what. Each year has a different oil pan/plug. The 11's have a plastic one one the passenger side. The 12 has a threaded plug like the cummins on the same side. Then the 13 went from cast aluminum to stamped steel and put the plug on the other side. Oh and it faces the back of the truck so when you pull it you usually make a fair size mess

Not sure on the 12s or 13s but the 11's f550s had a plastic pan and a plastic plug on the drivers side rear. It takes a 3\8 drive ratchet its one of those funky one turn and its out type of deals....

Yeah I made a mess the 1st time changing oil on the 2013. Second time I just unscrewed the plug most of the way and let it drain till there was only a litre or two left.

I've worked on all of them in the last few months. The last time I held the drain pan right up to and pulled the plug. Hooray no mess 8)

You all hear about the underground nuclear blowouts happening in fukushima Japan? And the US government bought 14 million doses of radiation blocking potassium iodide, I think it's called, last month? Now the damn salmon are turning yellow in BC, next door to alberta? Who is retarded enough to build 14 nuclear power plants on a major fault line? I will never buy salmon again.

Hammered. I got up at 630 and its been snowing non stop. It's 31* now so it's really slushy. The temperature is supposed to drop off fast here soon. Supposedly up to 10 inches of accumulation on top of 4 or 5 inches that we already had. I bet you're getting rain

High of -14* tomorrow with wind chills around -40*. I just plowed my driveway and I'll take care of the two closest neighbors just before dark to avoid overwhelming my dirt blade for the tractor. I'll plow for the last time tomorrow morning.

I have to chuckle when neighbors whose name I don't know because they never talk to me are all the sudden my best friend when they see that I have a tractor and blade.

It hasn't done anything. Its 38 degrees out side and suppose to drop to -5 and we may get and inch of snow. They are calling for temp to drop fast and flash freeze any wet area. They went from calling for 4-8' to now barely an rich with icing.

Screw this 30* and snow crap.
