Well, back has been hurting the last couple of days, last night it came to a head. Went to bed around 10ish last night and woke me up around 3:30 with massive pain. It just knotted up like I was drawn up/folded in half. Took me 10min to just roll of the bed and crawl my @ss to the tub so I could soak in a hot bath to maybe loosen it up. I honestly could not stand, felt like I had a knife in my spine.

Besides a freakin crack bones chiropractor.....anyone have any tips (besides wise cracks :) )

Yup the weather is bull. It decided to snow this morning after I got to work

Ellis you could try laying on your back and lifting your legs like an ab excersize. IIRC that's something medical people recommend for loosening up a back

Ellis, when I was laid up for that week and a half, my chiropractor had me on ice, not heat. 20 min on, 20 min off. Also was taking Motrin 4 times a day, to keep the inflammation down.
Now that I've been cleared, I have been icing as needed, as well as the Motrin. Got home last night after being on the road all day, back was really sore, ice and couple small Motrin, feel good this am.

Also, kid you not, take your wallet out of your back pocket. Never realized that little bastered was the cause of alot of my issues

My dad has had 3 or 4 herniated discs over the past 30 years. He really likes this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/331098881904?lpid=82

Hydrocodone works great! Or some kind of muscle relaxer. That's what I use if my back starts to tighten up on me, pop 1 of those, relax in the chair and take it easy for the evening. Next day I feel ok again, usually.

There's ones you can get that hang from doorways. Much easier to hide away when you're done

I'm honestly not surprised Josh owns one. I'll have to get him to admit it next time he's hanging out at Tyler's.
