Bodymount build 92 w250

Long story short my 92 4x4 was a used and abused plow truck juzt ripped the body off i think theres one semi usable mount left on each side id like to build a new set of frame body mounts and while im at it relocate them 1in higher anyone do anything like this ive got a 65k 93 body im putting back on that is 95% rust free but back to the frame whats the easiest/correct way to go about this task im just throwing this out there ill get pics of what im working with as time permits thank for your time/suggestions
