wheel alignment

Postby canadiancrawler » Mon Sep 06, 2010 2:01 pm

I replaced tie rod ends, centre link, idler arm and put in 7226s coil springs in my 1985 2wd crewcab, leveled the truck.Took it for a wheel alignment and they said that they had a problem getting the camber adjusted, they said it was from the coil springs being taller. The truck drives straight but when turning sharp turns like into a parking lot or driveway it feels like when you have a 4wheel drive and the hubs are locked and you try and turn on pavement. That is the best i can explain it.Did anyone else experience this problem when they put these springs in?
Thank-you for any info.
