MOST 8bolt by 6.5 inch patter rims will fit. Most places just dont list them for our old trucks. I have 18" Mazzi Hulk rims on my 1992.

You mite have to get a little creative with the caps, me and a couple others on this site
have used 3rd gen wheels and drilled out the center for the lock out's.

If it fits on a 98 or earlyer ford it will fit on our trucks. The center hole is to small on chevy rims.
89 non-I/C W-250, flatbed. 4" turbo back. Ground fuel pin, AFC tuning.

Most aftermarket rims will fit. if they are specific for chevy they can be machined to take a tad bit out of the hub so it will fit our hub. some guys do it with a 4" grinder. im running incubus crushers on mine, 18x9
