I used mid 90's chevy parts for mine, the bolt holes lined right up, I just had to flip the factory chevy bracket upside down and oval out the center hole a bit. In fact, I even used the factory chevy lines, just had to bend them a bit.

Like this, but it needs to go down vs up (which is how it lines up when the bracket is flipped)

I tee'd the return line into the factory line from the box to the pump, but I don't really care for that arrangement. I want to pick up a second gen pump with the 2 return barbs one of these days.

it was a mixed collection of whatever trucks had the better looking pieces. mostly 2500/3500's though. I'm pretty sure the booster/master came out of a diesel truck.

all the trucks I robbed the parts from were around 95 model years with the 6.5td

The rod on the chevy booster was too long and the end was different. I just cut it off and welded the dodge end on at the correct length.

I've got a old hydroboost from a late 70's chevy. Let us know if it bolts up.

I have NOT tested the following but I believe it is a lot easier provided it should be a direct bolt on to the firewall and brake pedal. I posted this originally over on 4BT Swaps:

Posting this info for you guys who may want to use factory supplied replacement parts to add hydroboost brakes to your 70's - 90's half ton Dodges, Ramchargers, & Traildusters. This is available from your local auto parts store that sells Cardone steering and brake booster parts. The current average price is in the low $200 range or less (June 2009). This may or may not fit earlier Dodge vehicles when converting from front drum brakes to disk brakes when used in conjunction with the newer master cylinder. Please report your findings and results in this thread.

The factory source is the 1978 thru 1980 Dodge D100 trucks that were available with the 6D05 Mitsubishi engine.
It is listed in the catalog as:

1979 DODGE D100 PICKUP 4.0L 243cid L6 DIESEL FI (H) : Brake/Wheel Hub : Power Brake Booster;
A-1 CARDONE Part # 529385
{[Hydro-Boost] Remanufactured} w/Hydro-Boost;

Possible Applications:
