Leaf Springs?

Postby collegekid » Mon May 30, 2011 8:34 pm

What size leaf springs do you guys suggest to optimize ride quality, but also give me a little bit of a lift, tire size btwn 33-"35". Im getting into my 2wd to 4wd conv, and am going to replace the OEM front leaves with something different, just need some advice from those who know or have done before

Alcan is also a good company for custom soft ride springs.

I can agree with you that for the price these do ride nice....BUT they sag horribly. They sag from the engine weight in the front and when pulling or loaded with anything they sag in the back. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Don't do shackles or blocks save your bucks for springs - do it one time and do it right.
