Mine is flexed out too, but I believe mine is in the frame as my truck was ditched by the original owner in 2000. I measured it, its 1/4" higher on the right rear corner. It's also 1/4" lower in the right front corner. I can tell it took a good impact as the right front spring has been replaced and the oil pan has a good sized dent in it, along with a different fender and a too good to be original grille. I am going to be putting new springs on all four corners and then measuring again...then if it's still different, off to the fram shop it goes :sad:

Yeah, I have seen some club cabs that look like quazi modo with a bend in the frame on the drivers side, peaked between the cab and box...might have been hooked to a trailer and had the stank ran out of it over the years...
