Well i got my new compressor working today, but the clutch engages when you turn the key on Anyone know why this happens? Also the clutch wouldnt engage at all until we took the ground wire at the plug, cut it, and then ran the ground to the fender. Is there something im not seeing or didnt replace that should have been? -and also the expansion valve sensor wires were on the wrong side so i can not get the original plug put back into it, so i just put a jumper wire into the socket-(incase that matters)

I had the same problem with my exp valve. I'll snap a pic of how I worked it out in the AM. You might be messing up your system with the new found ground.
yea, i know, it was jus a do this and charge it kinda deal then sauder them on when i got home no need for that jus yet tho with the compressor like it is, gonna have to do some more searchin on y it wont turn on when the groud is hooked up like factory though

Ok, so for the time being my clutch is now wired to a switch because other wise its always engaged. Thinkin maybe that the little black box deal with the copper wire on it up by the expansion valve may be bad. Im thinkin that that is the thermistat del that turns the clutch on and off

I do but I buy thru another distributor, global is on the boxes. Only reason I dont buy straight from them is time constraints, nobody will wait for UPS delivery
