92 w250 parking brake

I need help figuring out the parking brake cables on my truck. I have all three cables but nothing to connect them together. the rear cables are fastened to the frame bracket, the front cable has a long threaded rod on the end of it. What does the parts that connect these together look like. the rear cables are different lengths. All three cables are new. I never had these parts they were missing when I got the truck. The fact that the the rear cable ends don't line up makes me think it might be something Dodgy or special. thanks Rocky
