Steering box hydralic fittings

Postby Fred_M1010 » Thu Jun 09, 2011 4:40 am

One of the hoses for the steering box has begun to leak.
Anyone knows what type of fittings it has in the ends?
It would be nice to be able to go to the hydralic shop and have one made, without having to remove mine first...

It's the one that has a sligthly bigger fitting in the steering box than the other
(it goes sligthly to the front and towards the passenger side of the steering box).

Great, thanks!
I would never had guessed they were metric threads

Do you remember if it was 18mm at the steering box and 16 at the pump, or the other way around?
