Master cylinder, What port is rear?

Postby JAKE8842 » Sun Sep 25, 2011 1:05 pm

Just bought a 90 Ctd 4x4 that needs some work. I am installing new brake lines from the master cylinder down to
the proportioning valve. Not sure what port is which. I would assume the one closest to the firewall is the front
with the bigger resivour and the smaller resivour on the front of the master is to the rear. Just want to make sure
i am right before im flaring lines. Lines are completely rotted so i have no idea what went to what.

Larger area is for the disc brakes, so you are correct.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.
