You will have to do some fabricating, but it should be do-able by using Chevy calipers and backing plates off a 73-87 model Chevy 3/4-ton.
If you have a Dana-60 front axle, you can even find GM trucks that used the Dana-60, thus the single caliper backing plate from the Chevy will fit the Dodge axle, leaving only the addition of the second caliper portion to be welded on.
The design of the Dodge and Ford calipers do not lend themselves to alteration as easily as the GM design.
I have recently had the same thoughts, except I would be mounting them on my 1985 F-350.
