Idk if you'll need to replace it or not..... Normally it happens when the fluid is really dirty or there's trash in the system. If the valve lands are scorn or its wedged tight in the bore,then yeah it's toast.
The stack up there is fitting (where the psi line hooks),valve and spring. I've had success pushing in the valve just enough to make it move and then try to push it in and out really fast till it pops out. When it's out I dry it off with some carb cleaner and buff the lands with some emery cloth,I'll strech the spring and install.
