It is located in the outlet section of the M/C. A lot of rebuild M/C's have had them removed. Disk brakes use a 2# restrictor. Drums used a 10#.
Pop the rear brake line out of the M/C. Take a strand of wire and push it into the hole. If it only goes in about 1 MM then the restrictor is still in there. If it goes in a long way. Then it has been removed.
On Jeremy's 92 we installed a wildwood 2# residual Pressure Valve when he put the disks on the rear of it.
