I've rebuild the front and rear brakes of our 93 D250 and the pedal felt good/hard like it should be. Now after a couple of month's the pedal started to feel soft all of a sudden. I've checked for leaks but I can't find anything.
What I've done so far:
* Reseal calipers
* New pads
* discs/rotors milled/resurfaced(don't know how you call that in english)
* New 3" shoes
* New Chevy wheel cilinders (the bigger ones)
* New hardware all around
The brakes felt good and it braked like it did a couple of years ago (These trucks brake like sthi I ghuess...)
Master cilinder? It looks like it is the one it came with from the factory! Are there any improved ones?
