Anyone have expirence with Kennys pulling parts and machine?

Postby Fnschlaud4620 » Tue Apr 08, 2008 5:31 am

I am in the process of buying a clutch for my truck, I have an NV4500

I was leaning towards a SB 3800 sprung hub $1750.00 but I was going to have to buy a bigger 1 3/8 input shaft for $500.00

I saw Kennys pulling parts on Ebay and called and left a message. He called me back the next day and told me all about his clutch. After talking he said he could custom build me a 3800 lb. sprung dual disk that used the 1 1/4 input for $1500.00 with warranty.

I was just wondering how this companys reputation is. I hear that south bend clutch is top notch.

Thanks

My biggest concern would be breaking the 1.250 input shaft. Thats why Peter has only 1.375 clutches, stronger input.

Its a gamble. If you don't break it, then you saved some cash. If you do break it, it will cost you more in the end then just getting the 1.375 input and the South Bend clutch.
