i dont see why not honestly. a manual trans is a manual trans. its all gear to gear so it will hold as much as the gear will hold.as long as you keep it cool the bearings should be fine. i dont mean it will necessarily hold up to 700 HP but with a moderatly rated truck, prolly something like 500 hp max, it should be good. I would put an extra quart of oil (just like the getrag) and prolly a cooler. but the bears should be all you have to worry about. but like i said as long as you keep it cool they should be good.
