Iirc Tim Worline told me if you try to buy it from dodge, it supercedes to the whole hydraulic assembly. At the time it was over $400.

He got his last pushrod boot from me.
They aren't usually present after this many years and some hacks won't put them back after they service the clutch, because they can be a pain to get installed correctly.

Found a boot manufacturer in Germany and bought one. Snap exact in the Ring from the Slave Cylinder. Fits perfectly.
