Pretty sure there are more differences than just the valve body, although no specifics are coming to mind.
It would have to be converted to hydraulic control somehow (probably a pita) or used with a standalone controller. I think there is a few controllers out there. Firepunk has a complete 48re swap for the new 6.7.
