Front roll pan

Postby SledNeck91604 » Wed May 11, 2011 3:19 pm

Anyone interested in loosing their front bumper? I found a company that would be interested in putting it into production if there is enough interest. It would be similar to this idea.

I'm not sure if the crew is a pan or a bumper but you get the idea. The pan is not designed or made yet, I'm just trying to gauge interest. I don't work for the company and have no affiliation with them, i just know they do quality work and hope they can do something for these under appreciated trucks!!

Sure.

Steel or fiberglass? Steel would be much better imo.

I'd be interested. Thinking of making one out of fiberglass myself.

So we have 3 people interested at the moment. We need 10 to get a reasonable price. Anyone else interested?

I'd like to know more about that ramcharger and how it's lowered.

good luck with the glass one man, you can find rear pans in glass but the front pan would end up being to thin and fragile i would think.

There isn't any info on the net that i have found other than it is supposedly stock dodge suspension. It not just lowered, it body drop which leads me to believe the "stock" suspension is heavily modified.

^^ This one i hear is mostly C10 parts which is much easier to believe.. Ive been scraping the internet for years looking for info on these trucks and others like them and there isn't much..

I've got a fiberglass rear pan.

This is the only lowering stuff I've found.

Is anything new happening with this? I certainly hope so.

I just bought a first gen and it had custom bumpers that were taken off beforehand so I need new ones. I am definitely in on this deal if it moves forward.

Thanks!
