Seen the kit for the 35 on ebay yesterday for cheap. Was less than 100$,I think  I can't remember. I was looking up "93 cummins injectors" and that was one of the results.

A rebuild should be cheapest. There's a place about an hour from me that rebuilds them no matter what's wrong for $60. There has to be a shop like that down by you. Good luck

There used to be a shop off 3L that rebuilt stater's and alts. I don't know if they are still in business or not. I had one rebuilt there about 3 or 4 years ago. From what I know its still working

Yeah Rollies use to be down there but I heard they closed up. I ordered a reman today from Advance Auto Parts that is suppose to be in tomorrow. It was a pain to get the thing out. I couldn't get to the back bolt because of the blowby tube. I gotta replace that now too.

Only because it's 29* outside when I pulled it. The starter also apears to be factory since it has Chrysler stickers all over it. If so it did great to last 429,xxx miles.

Andy, move the tube outside the starter. I managed to get the tube slid out of the way or the bolt out to get the starter out, then I just let the tube hang over the starter instead of trying to put it back against the block. Stiff SOB too.
Heater hose will work to replace the tube, no need to get fancy. ;)

Yeah I plan on just replacing the tube with a piece of hose and just letting it dangle. I had to cut the old tube off and still had trouble getting it out of the way. I couldn't bend it to save my life. I've used these starters on other guys trucks and haven't had issues but we will see.
