Dude! You know you have to treat nipples gently! When you start pulling and twisting on them you're just asking for trouble! ;)
How did you do at work today?

Shoot, I'm still at work, 3pm-1:30am, Monday-Thursday. I've been hobbling along, did some A/C work...and that's about it...

It's ok, one of the guys I went to high school with, and one of the others came from the same shop I was at for the Iowa Guard. Out of the six people on second shift, three of us are Veterans...

More bad news. I have a MASSIVE hematoma covering my leg, from just below my groin to my ankle, where there is so much swelling it takes all I can to pull my boot on. The blood moving up and down feels like needles every time I stand up or sit down. I go in for a MRI tomorrow, and back to the doctors on Friday. I spent several hours at the doctors today while they poked and prodded my leg. I can work a desk job, but that's it. Have to use crutches to get around.

Fun times....

Will do.

Had my MRI today...out of clean work pants, so I wore my Key bibs...not a good idea. The magnet used in one of those machines is incredibly strong, as it was pulling at the metal clasps on the straps something fierce! Anyways, I should get the results tomorrow, as I have another doctors appointment tomorrow morning....

I'm surprised they let you wear them. I've always had yo wear basketball shorts and a teeshirt when I've had mine done. After 7 of them you learn the drill real fast.

I should have just worn shorts or something, but I didn't think to do that. I figured that since I was going straight to work afterwards, I would just dress for work...

I can't take this great weather and not working on the truck. Got to get back to it. On my way to the doctors this morning, I drove by my favorite wrecking yard, and they put all the Dodge trucks in one corner, coincidentally its the easiest corner to see as you drive by. They got a few new trucks in, gonna have to check it out when I head back to the house...

Doctors appointment went well, no tearing or damage to my knee. Just banged up good I guess. Stiches come out on Tuesday. All the "extra" blood in my foot will be there for a while, has to get absorbed back up. The doctors want me to do physical therapy for the knee, no biggie. I get paid double time to go to the doctors and physical therapy...at least that's a positive thing about this whole deal ;)

Hit up that wrecking yard, found a few things, got a 2nd gen style clutch hydraulic reservoir out of a dakota, some real nice aluminum door sill plates out of a 86 ramcharger, a nice bling-tastic transfercase shift lever, and most of a fuel tank sending unit. Going to try to piece something together so I have a fuel gauge in my 91. So I have the unit out of my 91, one out of a 93 gasser, and most of one out of a 98 3500. I haven't compared things side by side yet, but I think I can cobble something together...

I had a motorcycle wreck many years ago and smashed my foot between the case and a car, I had to go to the doc 3 times a week for 3 weeks to get fluid drawn
off my foot, it would swell really nice, I can't believe they don't do the same for you.

I dunno, I guess the doctors think the blood will just be re absorbed...
