You got it Mark! Bare minimum, not only to possibly get it to Michael's, but I need it for the weekend after, as I bought another house and we will be moving then...even though its four blocks away

Hard to see what you're "crapping" about?
Looks a bit gummy, but that should clean up if you totally dis-assemble it.
What's wrong :?:

Gummy is right...things were a bit stuck, there was a good amount of water in it too.

It took a fair amount of force and wiggling back and forth to get the KSB piston free, it was froze in place. The bore that it rides in is quite scored...gonna clean it the best I can and slap it back together...

Progress!

Got the IP resealed and put back on the engine, KDP peened over, checked the case bolts I could get at, all snug  Finished painting the front half of the truck, installed doors and the passenger fender. Got the steering column in, found my stock steering shaft to be too short, now I need to get a U-joint so I can re-use the old Borgeson shaft I have. Got most of the dash wiring harness in, got to run the door/speaker harness.

Pics to come in a minute..

Well, it's alive. Long story short, hooked a battery, grounded this, put power to that, and a phone call and it starts. It ran like absolute crap for a while, then it finally has a smooth idle. Now...it runs smooth up to about 1500 rpm's, then kinda falls flat on its face...push the throttle more, and it stays at a constant rpm...

Hmmmm.... :?:
