You and me both. I'm still trying yo figure out if the solid blue is suppose to have power on that plug.

well I'm not sure if I lucked into it or not... but I was in a hurry and just followed the write up and didn't check any thing  the only problem I have\had was with the key off and it would keep the relay energized unless I switched the controls to off...so I just ran the power off another relay that was keyed  its a cobbled mess I have but Its all fused and its working until I can get some time to add a fuse\relay box and rewire the whole thing.... I've a short someplace in the a/c system because if I have everything plugged in it blows the one fuseable link that I have a 20amp fuse in, if I unplug just one thing from the circuit it's fine... So...that's how I found that link..

Edit: if I jump the relay it will engage the clutch. The brown wire has 12v the blue/orange tracer has 12v, the solid blue has 12v. The blue with black tracer has nothing. Jump brown to blue with tracer and I get clutch. Swapped the relay and still nothing. What in the hell am o missing here?

you shouldn't have 3 12vs on a relay..... you need one 12v all the time (or keyed) and one 12volt with your a/c switch. and a ground....The blue with tracer must be the controlled side one should be 12v for the controlled and one ground and 12v for the control side.... if that makes any sense....

Well the brown wire is a fused 12v. The blue/black go to the clutch, blue/orange go to the pcm and solid blue go to pcm. My guess is solid blue should be trigger and blue/orange goes over to the low psi sensor and such sense there is the same wire there.

It has a external voltage regulator and OD is on a switch. I'm wondering if I can just wire my own relay in place of the factory one and still have the pressure switch work right? Something like this.

Okay I just checked my truck, it is the same as yours. I have 3 12vs the brwn, blue/orange, and blue/black the blue is the trigger (I believe since it has 12vs once you apply power to the volt meter) what's weird is I have all mine bypassed lol......

If you wire it to how Jim Lane has it your pressure switch will still cut out...I just unhooked switch to make sure it cut the compressor out and it did....The Only problem I had was it would keep the compressor locked until I ran it to ignition power for to control the relay.

I know I have a short in mine because with the a\c circuit hooked up like factory it blows the fuse on the brown wire unhook something and it doesn't blow.

Okay just thought I would share this. It appears all upper control arms from atleast 1983-1993 D150-D350 are the same.

They are almost identical in height. This shows that they used the same upper control arms for all D models. Ball joint shank are smaller for the lighter axle though.

Waiting on a size for the D150 lower ball joint.
