Stock chevy booster/master cylinder and matching lines, just hand bent a little bit.

I had t'd the return lines for the booster and steering box together at first

But my stock pump was starting to leak, so I have since put a 2nd gen pump on it (has 2 return ports) and replaced all the lines at the same time. (still stock replacement chevy lines though except for the return, which is just off the shelf power steering hose)

I've seen the pics of your conversion in the Lounge. if you still have your GM engine, just pop the reservior off the original pump and put it on the Cummins unit.

I just measured the vacuum booster and shortened the hydro to match (I cut the end off the vacuum booster and welded it on the hydro booster so the end would be the correct size also)

What did you do with the diaphragms that are mounted on the pump drive? Do you have a picture of the back of your pump pump set up?

His is a 93, wouldn't have diaphragms. I think 91 was the changeover year to the new pump without diaphragms.

Ok, so I picked up a used drive off of an 04 so I won't have the diaphragms. Does anyone know if this will bolt right up, as in correct gear to mesh with a 90'.

even the 94 pump drive has a vacuum line on it to run cruise control. I won't be running a cruise on my build so any ideas on what to do with the vacuum port, plug it? vent it ? I am not sure.
