Yeah a billet sigma would be a good towing pump
Ducati- professional nap taker, and thread derailer extraordinaire
Brownie: 80 dodge heavy half. Ghost cummins under the hood, and some sinister plans
The Roo Hunter: 93 w250, lifted, 2 whistle machines, and a bunch of other go fast goodies, uhh..... not there yet
Jaeger: 12 ram 3500. Lifted, exhausted, and fed an excessive quantity of air
The Huntress: 02 Jetta TDI. No muffler, egr, horsepower

Well.....I have actually worked on it again
Built a hitch for the rear that would allow me to retain the spare tire in its proper spot, sorry no pic yet.

And FYI to everyone.....hancook tires are the devil. They have been the issue the whole time. Looks like I'll be saving some nickels and dimes to buy some bfg's :?

The quest for power begins! 8)
Stage 1: gauges and make a pod to hold them. I'm starting on the pod now. It will house the lockup toggle and the cruise toggles.
In progress
Image

Stage 2 will be installation of the 3k gov springs and side cover repair. I'm thinking of a billet unit, gotta check with rc about that.

Stage 3 will be addressing the trans. There's already a "basic" upgraded converter in the trans (billet cover) but it's loose. I'll be trying out the 50/50 hydrualic fluid/+4 at first. If it doesn't tighten things up enough, then 100%,after that I'll send it off to be "fixed".

Stage 4 will be adding as much fuel as the stock components will allow, run it,then if it isn't enough to hurt feelings then the honed 7x10 tips are thrown on 2nd gen bodies and installed. Probably will be a turbo rebuild in there along with that 62mm bae upgrade compressor. Idk might just try out one of those fancy things Eric (rc) offers, on the dodge and the hybrid off the dodge on here. We'll see

All of this is brought to you by a punk a$$ kid and his mommie bought duramax. Tried it and was handed my ass in my hat

Maybe it's the pic, but are you putting in 4 inch gauges for your blind old ass?

You gotta be careful with those dirtymaxs, those things are bad with only a little done to them. Friend had an '05 that would go 10.57 in the 1/4, sled pull, and go get groceries in between. He figured it was about 600 hp, had EFI live and a bunch of other stuff done. Really nice truck, I try not to bash them too bad.
Unless it's Dudney. ;)

Unless they limp the ally its hard to outrun a duramax with our trucks. I plan to start turning mine up this spring when. I build a trans finally.

Yeah, with my stick I don't think I'd even try to take one on. Even stock they're pretty quick.

Pete,Andy.....I expected to lose....just not quite that bad. I got walked, hard
I'm sure I'll loose again,I just don't want it to happen so bad again. ;)
I figure with the low-ish weight I have, that the little basic mods I will have can serve me well in another encounter.

No Pete 2" gauges. That oak board isn't but 3" wide, the pic is close up as well

You have an advantage and should be able to hang with him once you start throwing fuel to that p-pump. I'd swap those nozzles and step up to a 62 or a healthy hybrid. I've seen some nice HX35 hybrids being made. Remember a crew cab short bed D-max isn't that heavy.
