What year is the donor?

Image another piece of the puzzle,pressure switches to control the lockup and o/d while ditching the computer

Well got to the shop early this morning and had two choices....install injectors in the dodge or solve the oil pump mystery on my conversion engine. I chose the mystery :lol:

Looks like I'm tearing the engine down,probly just welding up the case and installing Mains/rod bearings just because I'll be there.

89 RC on shortened 92 diesel frame - NV4500 w/dual disc/4.10s on 37s. - Self built pump, "hot screw", lots of timing, True high volume low pressure lift pump, 62fmw/68/.7gated, 77lpm SAC Inj., Studs/O-rings,- 423/1220 Mustang - 11/16/2013 http://www.TheHungryDiesel.com full line dealer, if you don't see it please ask.

How many miles are on it? Never seen the KDP kill an oil pump.

Talk about one huge pita to get that motor and trans out in on piece....never again :lol: had to Jack up the cab and remove the motor mounts(not unusual) just to get it to move :roll:

After the replacement cab is painted silver and it's put n the frame......long time from now for certain,I'm not rushing this. Mostly because this truck will be my dd if it works out right ;)
