Guys got 72 pages and whining about his AIDs thread. You don't want to get 100 pages like I did, Ellis.

I'm not whining.....I do however like to have ideas shot at me if I'm have problems tho. This tread can die here and now.....if the truck stays going and I don't do anything else to it. That won't happen tho,it isn't running how I think it should. It should have way more power than it does. It's probably just an timing thing now.

All that I can get out of it without looking like the trucks on fire all the time.

Apparently my heim joint linkage was hanging up causing the throttle to hang a little while I was adjusting the fuel screw.....I was giving it a piece of a turn and bumping the throttle while running. I've corrected that and found a little adjustment in the fuel 8)

Well, he last posted on Friday night, so must be it puked on him. We told him not to paint it that hideous color, serves him right!

It did just fine. I've a total of 643miles on it so far,a little less than half of that in one day.

Pete I left the block and head black, and painted the valve cover/intake horn red. What do you want it to be???? Green?

Glad you made it!

No, it's not going in my truck or Levis so it doesn't need to be green. ;)

Any updates? Gonna keep the towing injectors in the hot rod half ton, or put some 6x13's in there? Those seem to be popular amongst the performance 24 valve crowd.

I'm leaving the stock stuff in it for now. When I do go for some injectors I really have no idea what will work out for me. The stock set I bought off eBay got lost by the usps and I got my money back for them. The plan was to have Eric hog them out and keep the vp pressures.

Hell I haven't even messed with th timing yet.....it still has the the thick shim in the advance spring holding off the timing till later in the rpm range. Making for a soggy mid rpm. It doesn't feel like it comes alive till after 25 or 2600,comparing things to the dodge and its rev characteristics.
