So I did a little to the Ford today. I pulled the passenger side fender and bed off. I then pressure washed everything. The previous owner replaced all the brake lines, booster tank, master cylinder, calipers, fuel lines and painted the back of the frame. The bed has a couple dents but no rust. I'm going to paint all the frame, bottom side of the bed, cab and core support with chassis saver.

I'm going to paint it 2 tone blue like my old Ford.

Well I worked on it a bit yesterday. I finally got it all apart so now its time to start working on cab mounts. I've priced some motor mounts and a few other parts.

Well did a little bit of work today to the truck. I pulled the doors off and was able to get some help to lay it on its back. The front cab mounts are gone and part of the front floor pan is rotted. I'm going to pressure wash the bottom side when I can get the garden hose thawed out.

Buddy, that's not any better than a Dodge cab!

No but I can purchase all the panels unlike a Dodge Cab. Not to mention there are a few in the local junkyard. Pressure washed off the bottom. Its pretty solid other then the front two mounts.

It had this nasty ass mud that looked like rust. Its the main reason I pulled the cab instead of just lifting to do the repairs.

So I found a cheap rusty F350 Powerstroke I'm going to go look at. May use that as a donor and keep the duck the way it is.
