I sold my pristine 85 W150 a few years back, was going to be a 4bt. I know the half ton axles and suspension can deal with the weight of a 4b, seeing its comparable to a 440. Now, I wouldn't use the half ton axles or suspension with the added 300+lbs of a 6bt, may be a bit too much weight for the lighter capacity springs and smal ball joints. It may be plain easier to use a complete donor, that way the stronger D60F and D70 are used, same with transfer case. Not sure how well or how long the gasser NP208 would hold up. The 4b W150 I was going to build was going to use all W250 drive train components, just swap drive train components, wiring, fuel system and go.
